Policia b\u00ebri me dije sot se 32-vje\u00e7ari kishte falsifikuar nj\u00eb dokument duke i shitur nj\u00eb pron\u00eb t\u00eb paluajtshme 54-vje\u00e7ares, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ajo ishte e bllokuar si kolateral p\u00ebr kredin\u00eb q\u00eb ai kishte marr\u00eb m\u00eb her\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duke mos e ditur k\u00ebt\u00eb, 54-vje\u00e7arja ka b\u00ebr\u00eb pages\u00ebn e 108 mij\u00eb eurove duke menduar se tashm\u00eb e kishte bler\u00eb pron\u00ebn, por m\u00eb kot pasi Klevis Berberi, me detyr\u00eb officer kredie n\u00eb Credins Bank kishte plane t\u00eb tjera.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sipas rregullave, nj\u00eb pron\u00eb e l\u00ebn\u00eb si kolateral n\u00eb bank\u00eb mund t\u00eb shitet vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse jepet p\u00eblqimi i bank\u00ebs ose pasi t\u00eb jet\u00eb shlyer shuma, por Berberi ka p\u00ebrfituar duke falsifikuar dokumentet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specialist\u00ebt e Sektorit p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit Ekonomik e Financiar, n\u00eb drejtimin e Prokuroris\u00eb Pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb t\u00eb Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Tiran\u00eb, finalizuan operacionin “Banker”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij operacioni u ndalua me iniciativ\u00eb shtetasi K. B., 32 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprat penale “Falsifikimi i vulave, i stampave ose i formular\u00ebve”, “Mashtrimi” me pasoja t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, dhe “Shp\u00ebrdorimi i detyr\u00ebs”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

32-vje\u00e7ari, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet mashtrimit, duke shp\u00ebrdoruar detyr\u00ebn, i ka marr\u00eb shum\u00ebn prej 108 000 euro shtetases F. M., 54 vje\u00e7e, duke falsifikuar deklarat\u00ebn noteriale t\u00eb bank\u00ebs me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimin e k\u00ebsaj shume dhe t\u00eb pron\u00ebs q\u00eb do t\u00eb blihej nga ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar akti notarial p\u00ebr blerjen e pron\u00ebs, shtetasja F. M., duhet t\u00eb ishte pronare e vetme e k\u00ebsaj prone, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb shtetasi K. B., ka shitur pron\u00ebn q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb e vendosur kolateral p\u00ebr llogari t\u00eb nj\u00eb banke t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
