Kur \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb iventarizimi i sasis\u00eb s\u00eb printuar t\u00eb bonove t\u00eb privatizimit, gjendjes s\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb, asaj n\u00eb ark\u00eb dhe bonove t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorura, shifrat kan\u00eb dal\u00eb me mosp\u00ebrputhje\u201d, shkruan gazetarja Ola Xama, e cila thekson se&nbsp;KLSH&nbsp;duhet&nbsp;t\u00eb publikoj\u00eb raportin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb auditimit&nbsp;q\u00eb e ka fshehur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGjetjet e konstatuara n\u00eb vitin 2018 kur auditimi u ky\u00e7 n\u00eb sirtar, po vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebriten\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SHKRIMI I PLOT\u00cb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2018 Kontrolli i Lart\u00eb i Shtetit ushtroi nj\u00eb auditim n\u00eb Bank\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, por raporti nuk u publikua kurr\u00eb. Dy nga gjetjet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb atij auditimi kishin t\u00eb b\u00ebnin me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb ka banka q\u00ebndrore n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e bonove t\u00eb thesarit dhe atyre t\u00eb privatizimit.&nbsp;<br><br>Ajo q\u00eb m\u00ebsuam n\u00ebn z\u00eb ishte se disa banka tregtare pa patur autorizim kishin mbledhur bono privatizimi t\u00eb cilat ishin dor\u00ebzuar pran\u00eb Bank\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Nga ky operacion individ\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me bankat e nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar nga privatizimet e objekteve publike dhe legalizimet p\u00ebrmes letrave me vler\u00eb, pa dor\u00ebzuar asnj\u00eb qindrak\u00eb.&nbsp;<br><br>Ligj\u00ebrisht kjo lejohet, por jo nga subjekte q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb leje dhe pa mbajtur nj\u00eb sistem monitorimi nga institucioni p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs. Gjetjet e konstatuara n\u00eb vitin 2018 kur auditimi u ky\u00e7 n\u00eb sirtar, po vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebriten.<br><br>P\u00ebrfitimi nga emetimi i bonove \u00ebsht\u00eb forma m\u00eb e sofistikuar e mashtrimit financiar t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, pasi efektet \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohen sepse transmetohen direkt te inflacioni (rritja e \u00e7mimeve). Kjo ironikisht \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe forma ku shp\u00ebrndarja e d\u00ebmit t\u00eb abuzimit b\u00ebhet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, u r\u00ebndon t\u00eb varf\u00ebrve dhe t\u00eb pasurve, qytetar\u00ebve dhe zyrtar\u00ebve- t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn atyre q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin ende portofolin e tyre.
